In this paper, we mainly focused our attention on Notch2, which plays a key role in multiple myeloma [17,21,22] and other hematological malignancies, including splenic marginal zone lymphoma [40], B-cell chronic lymphocytic leukemia [41] and diffuse large B-cell lymphomas [42] as well as in other solid cancers including glioma [43], lung adenocarcinoma [44], oesophageal squamous cell carcinoma [45], cervical cancer [46], hepatocellular carcinoma [47], gastric cancer [48] and pancreatic carcinoma [49]. This evidence concerns the gene NOTCH2 and diffuse large B-cell lymphoma.
