Although our previous results couldn’t exclude the possiblity of direct impact of Atg5 and CD73 knocking down or extracellular adenosine on the proliferation of CT26 cells, this part of study indicated that factors reducing M2 polarization of macrophages indeed could inhibit the growth of CT26 cells at least partially through altering tumor immunity related to TAMs. Here, ATG5 is linked to neoplasm.
