The results of Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes (KEGG) analysis indicated that the related genes of AC079630.2 were mostly enriched in the pathway of “Transcriptional misregulation in cancer” and the related genes of CTD-2171N6.1 were mostly enriched in the pathways of “ECM-receptor interaction”, “Protein digestion and absorption”, “Amoebiasis”, “Focal adhesion” and “PI3K-Akt signaling pathway” (Figure 10A–10C). Here, AKT1 is linked to amebiasis.
