CD4 and AIDS: Subjects with multiple HR-HPV genotypes showed a lower CD4+/CD8+ ratio [0.57 (0.38–0.91) vs 0.73 (0.52–1.02), p = 0.008] and were more frequently on ART [268 (99.6%) vs 592 (97.7%), p = 0.047], less frequently co-infected with HBV [4 (1.5%) vs 51 (8.4%), p = 0.0001] and with a previous diagnosis of AIDS [19 (7%) vs 70 (12%), p = 0.049] than those with ≤1 HR-HPV genotypes.
