Combined with two other breast cancer and lung adenocarcinoma studies indicating the influence of Gabra3 on the AKT/mTOR, and JNK pathways [20, 31], we suggest that the regulatory role of miR-92b-3p in the AKT/mTOR and JNK pathways might be indirect and Gabra3-dependent. The gene discussed is AKT1; the disease is lung adenocarcinoma.
