The Wilms’ tumor gene WT1 locates at the rightmost (the highest) peak on chromosome 11; it is a tumor-suppressor gene [52] that encodes a zinc finger transcription factor regulating transcription of growth factors such as PDGF-A [53], growth factor receptor (IGF-IR) [54] and other genes (RAR-α, c-myc and bcl-2) [55,56].
