Furthermore, a number of miRNAs are linked to pathways that have been identified to be significantly altered in pancreatic cancer, including RAS-MAPK, Wnt-Notch signaling, SWI/SNF chromatin modifying pathways, TGFβ signaling, cell cycle dysregulation, DNA damage response and repair, and ROBO/SLIT signaling (Figure 2).
