In vivo, we further determined the degree of PTEN phosphorylation by IHC analysis, which revealed that PTEN phosphorylation in xenograft tumour tissues from nude mice steadily expressing PDZK1 was significantly down-regulated when compared to the PTEN phosphorylation levels in the control group (Figure 6C and 6D).
