The research results suggested that, the sensitivity of diagnosing endometrial cancer with HE4 was much higher than that with CA125 was (51.7% vs 57.2%); the sensitivity of diagnosing endometrial cancer based on HE4 in combination with CA125 was 73.2%, much superior to the separate detection, which was consistent with previous research results. This evidence concerns the gene MUC16 and endometrial cancer.
