The results showed that upregulation of three NRs such as NR1H3, NR1I1, and NR3A1 can be used as biomarkers for rheumatoid arthritis and that upregulation of NR1I1 alone and downregulation of only two NRs NR1A1 and NR3C3 can be used as potential biomarkers for rheumatoid arthritis with familial hypercholesterolemia. Here, ESR1 is linked to rheumatoid arthritis.
