In CADM-associated RPIPs treated with PMX-DHP, higher P/F ratio, platelet counts in peripheral blood samples, and serum SP-D levels, lower serum LDH and ferritin levels before PMX-DHP, positivity for anti-ARS antibodies, and negativity for anti-MDA-5 antibody indicate a favorable prognosis. Here, SFTPD is linked to clinically amyopathic dermatomyositis.
