CD47 is a cell surface glycoprotein of the immunoglobulin superfamily that is often overexpressed in both hematological cancers (leukemia, lymphoma [10], and multiple myeloma) and solid cancers such as ovarian, small cell lung cancer, pancreatic, glioma, glioblastoma, pediatric brain tumors and other types of cancers [10,11]. Here, CD47 is linked to hematopoietic and lymphoid cell neoplasm.
