In summary, using the KM plotter database, we systemically investigated the prognostic values of seven MMR genes in ovarian cancer and found increased mRNA expression of MSH6, MLH1 and PMS2 was correlated to an improved OS in 1335 human ovarian cancer patients treated with platinum-based chemotherapy, especially in late-stage and poor-differentiated ovarian cancer. This evidence concerns the gene PMS2 and ovarian carcinoma.
