H19 RNA is related to the development of inflammatory diseases such as ulcerative colitis (Chen et al., 2016) and osteoarthritis (Steck et al., 2012), as well as organ fibrosis including liver fibrosis (Song et al., 2017), renal fibrosis (Xie et al., 2016), and pulmonary fibrosis (Tang et al., 2016).
