Concomitant with elevated IFN-γ and TNF-α levels in blood of patients with psoriasis, TNFRI and TNFR-II were 1.2-fold and 21-fold higher in psoriasis compared to controls (p < 0.05 and p < 0.01) (Fig. 3a). Here, TNFRSF1A is linked to psoriasis.
