To understand the mechanism of miR-141-3p activity in glioblastoma, we employed the bioinformatics analytical tool miRNAWalk 2.0 and TargetScan to identify potential target genes of miR-141-3p and found that the 3′ -UTR of p53 matched the seed sequence of miR-141-3p. The gene discussed is TP53; the disease is glioblastoma.
