When we additionally tested NKA-IFNγ in nine patients with benign gastric diseases - atropic gastritis (n=3), gastric polyp (n=4) and erosive gastritis (n=2)- but in whom H. pylori was not identified, the median (95%CI) NKA-IFNγ levels were increased to 1143.3 (332.9-1994.5) pg/mL.
