MiR-200b was a tumor suppressor in HCC, a study reported that MiR-200b/200c/429 subfamily negatively regulates Rho/ROCK signaling pathway to suppress hepatocellular carcinoma metastasis and enhancer of zeste homolog 2 epigenetically silenced tumor suppressor miR-200b to promote liver cancer metastasis [18, 30].
