Flow cytometry analysis of splenocytes revealed a substantial difference in the percent of CD4+ and CD8+ T cells in HBZ tumor cell transplanted mice (1.6 ± 0.7, 6.3 ± 7.1, n = 3) versus PBS controls (0.36 ± 0.12, 0.12 ± 0.03, n = 3) (Figure 3B, 3C), indicating CD4 and CD8 T cells are transplantable.
