The data showed that the transfection with miR-302b significantly suppressed the luciferase activity of pmirGLO-Runx2-3′-UTR-wt but did not affect the luciferase activity of the pmirGLO reporter carrying the mutant Runx2-3′-UTR (Fig. 4B).MG-63 and 143B osteosarcoma cells were transiently transfected with miR-302b inhibitors and the down-regulation of miR-302b was verified by qRT-PCR (Fig. 4C).
