2-Aminoimidazolones have been tested for evaluation of their antibacterial activity, anti-biofilm, antifungal, anticancer [32,47], anti-tuberculosis, anti-protozoan, antiviral, anti-inflammatory, adrenergic, anti-histaminic, anti-cholinergic, anti-serotoninergic, cardiac, immunosuppressive, leukotriene B4 receptor antagonistic [8,48] and AD drug activities [12].
