Moreover, we detected an increased frequency of CD4+NKG2D+ lymphocytes in blood samples from SLE patients compared to controls (Figures 2(d) and 2(e), p < 0.05), and the analysis of four additional markers also revealed higher levels of CD4+NKG2D+CD69+LAP+IL-10+Foxp3− lymphocytes in SLE patients compared to healthy subjects (Figure 2(f), p < 0.05).
