Figure 1b shows that EAT SFRP4 mRNA levels were markedly increased in CAD patients compared to non-CAD patients (1.60 vs 0.92, P = 0.017), while SAT SFRP4 mRNA levels were not markedly different between the two groups (1.38 vs 0.93, P = 0.069).
