According to Kaplan-Meier plotter, we found that a higher SERPINB5 mRNA expression was positively correlated with overall and progression-free survival rates of all cancer patients, the patients with surgery alone or 5-FU-based adjuvant treatment, the patients with Her2- or Her2+, the patients with no distant metastasis, no lymph node metastasis, lymph node metastasis, N1 or N2 status, and female or male patients (p < 0.05, Figure 6A and 6B and Table 2). The gene discussed is SERPINB5; the disease is metastatic malignant neoplasm in the lymph nodes.
