Increased lncRNA TUG1 expression promotes cell proliferation, metastasis and inhibits cell apoptosis to act as an oncogene in various cancers, such as breast cancer (BRC) [7], colorectal cancer (CRC) [8], ovarian cancer (OC) [9] and small cell lung cancer (SCLC) [10].
