We demonstrate in our new in-vitro data that upon EGFR activation LysRS is released from the MSC in NSCLC, phosphorylated at position serine 207 in a MAPK-ERK1/2 dependent manner and translocates to the nucleus in lung cancer cells (Figure 1A and 1C, Figure 7). The gene discussed is KARS1; the disease is lung carcinoma.
