IGHG3 and malaria: Maternal and cord IgG1 and IgG3 levels against P. falciparum antigens were higher in PNG samples, where malaria transmission is higher, than in TMBA samples (Figs 1 and 2, p<0.0001 for all comparisons except PfDBL5 IgG3 (p = 0.16 and p = 0.58 for maternal and cord levels respectively)).
