MTA1 and posterior cortical atrophy: In addition to our previous finding of MTA1′s association with angiogenesis in vitro and in xenografts 14, we have recently demonstrated that pharmacological inhibition of highly elevated MTA1 expression and its angiogenesis‐associated network by Pter, resulted in chemopreventive and therapeutic efficacy in Pten‐loss mouse models of PCa 10.
