As show in Table 2, ln-leptin (boys: OR = 5.10 per SD, P < 0.001; girls: OR = 3.56, P < 0.001) and ln-adiponectin (boys: OR = 0.59 per SD, P < 0.001; girls: OR = 0.55 per SD, P < 0.001) were significant predictors of MS after adjusted for the above cofounders in both boys and girls.
