Flow cytometry analysis indicated that the percentage of CD4+ T cell population was significantly higher during the infection in MLNs of infected TLR2−/− mice compared with that of infected AKT-blocked and WT mice (Figure 9A), while the percentage of CD8+ T cell population was significantly lower in MLNs of infected TLR2−/− mice compared with that of infected AKT-blocked and WT mice (Figure 9B).
