Thus, our results indicated that the combination of iSN34 + CpG strongly induces the expression of IL-6, and therefore might be useful for the prevention or treatment of diseases associated with inflammatory disorders, including RA, inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), multiple sclerosis, systematic-onset juvenile chronic arthritis (JCA), osteoporosis, and psoriasis [38–41].
