To assess whether NF-κB activation regulates prostate cancer cell viability and proliferation, TRAMP C2H and PC3M cells were treated separately with the NF-κB inhibitor; Bay 11-7085 which prevents the phosphorylation and subsequent degradation of IκBα (Figure 3B & 3C).
