As shown in Figure 4, there were no significant correlations between PinX1 gene alteration and overall survival and/or disease-free survival in prostate adenocarcinoma (TCGA, Provisional) (P>0.05, Figure 4A), colorectal adenocarcinoma (TCGA, Provisional) (P>0.05, Figure 4B), head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (TCGA, Provisional) (P>0.05, Figure 4C), kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (TCGA, Provisional) (P>0.05, Figure 4D), and lung squamous cell carcinoma (TCGA, Provisional) (P>0.05, Figure 4F). This evidence concerns the gene PINX1 and squamous cell lung carcinoma.
