Recent studies have shown that TUG1 plays oncogenic roles during tumorigenesis, and that TUG1 is dysregulated in many tumors, including HCC, MIBC, ESCC, OC, BC, NSCLC, OSC, SCLC, CRC, RCC and GC [14–26]. This evidence concerns the gene TUG1 and esophageal squamous cell carcinoma.
