CD8A and neoplasm: We found that a high density of tumor-infiltrating CD8+ lymphocytes counted in AG was associated with good OS (HR=0.90, 95% CI=0.83-0.97, I2=49.6%, P=0.114) but that OS was not correlated with specific infiltration locations, such as the TN (HR=0.79, 95% CI=0.60-1.04; I2=28.1%,P=0.235), the TS (HR=1.39, 95% CI=0.92-2.08; I2=20.0%, P=0.264) or the TM (HR=0.75, 95% CI=0.52-1.09; I2=15.7%, P=0.276) (Figure 3A).
