The high density of foxp3+ Treg cells in the AG indicated a better DFS/RFS (n=2; HR=0.36, 95% CI=0.18-0.70; I2=0.0%, P=0.345), and no association was found with limited studies between DFS/RFS and other tumor infiltration locations, including TN (n=2; HR=1.32, 95% CI=0.68-2.57; I2=80.5%, P=0.024), TS (n=1; HR=1.60, 95% CI=0.72-3.58), and TM (n=2; HR=0.70, 95% CI=0.25-1.97; I2=82.0%, P=0.018) (Figure 4B). This evidence concerns the gene FOXP3 and neoplasm.
