Sixth, recurrence-free survival curves indicate that high CENPI expression forecasts poor prognosis for Grade 1 and Grade 2 breast cancer patients (p=0.0066 and p=0.0009, log-rank test), but the converse applies to Grade 3 and basal breast cancer patients, whose cancers are more aggressive and hence have the highest proliferation rates (p=0.0056 and p=0.0003) (Figure 4C–4F).
