Given the oncogenic role of MALAT1 in human cancers, MALAT1 could mediate HUVECs proliferation in human carcinogenesis and cancer progression; thus, targeting of the MALAT1-miR-320a-FOXM1 signaling could serve as a novel strategy for therapeutic intervention in HUVECs-driven angiogenesis. This evidence concerns the gene FOXM1 and cancer.
