Several Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes (KEGG) pathways were significantly enriched by target genes of differentially expressed miRNAs (p<0.05), which mainly contained the following seven pathways: influenza A, herpes simplex infection, antigen processing and presentation, viral myocarditis, TNF signaling pathway, graft-versus-host disease, and allograft rejection (Table 1). This evidence concerns the gene TNF and graft versus host disease.
