Most of the bacteria (for instance B. xylanisolvens, Paraprevotella clara, Prevotella timonensis) were positively relating with anti-inflammatory/tumor markers (e.g. Trem-2, MR, arginase-1, TNF-α) and negatively correlating with pro-inflammatory/tumor markers (e.g. IL-12, IL-6 and iNOS) (Fig. 7).
