The docking of ATIQCTPC towards the active site of MMP-9 could meet the requirements of a ligand for MMP-9 inhibition [22], and suggests that ATIQCTPC can target MMP-9, thereby lead to the decrease of serum MMP-9 and primary tumor MMP-9 of LLC sarcoma implanted C57BL/6 mice orally treated with ATIQCTPC (0.01 μmol/kg/day) for 11 days.
