In another study, the SATB2-positive rate in colorectal adenocarcinoma was 97%, but expression was rare in pancreatic cancer and upper gastrointestinal adenocarcinoma, and SATB2 expression in esophageal adenocarcinoma, gastric adenocarcinoma, and pancreatic adenocarcinoma was only 6.7%, 0%, and 4.2%, respectively [13].
