GSK3B and neoplasm: Pharmacodymanic analysis showed significant reduction in the GSK3β mediated phosphorylation of β-catenin and an increase in total β-catenin in tumor lysates (Figure 2D & 2E) in both eRMS (p = 0.038) (Figure 2F; upper panel) and aRMS model (p = 0.024) (Figure 2F; lower panel) demonstrating that tideglusib treatment inhibits catalytic activity of GSK3β but does not improve survival.
