Interestingly, over-expressed YAP (GFP-YAP) is mainly concentrated in the cytoplasm in the glioma cells (Fig. 4a, Additional file 2: Figure S2A) and β-catenin was mainly located in cytomembrane and the cellular junctions (Fig. 4a and b), how does over-expression of YAP promote β-catenin into the nucleus?
