Since June 2013, as part of a phase 2 clinical trial, the AcSé program of the French National Cancer Institute has been evaluating the efficiency of crizotinib in adult and pediatric cancers presenting an alteration of ALK, MET, or ROS1. This molecule is proposed to patients with cancer in situations of treatment failure and for whom genetic alterations have been identified in the tumor 14.
