In the present study we‏ attempted to further address the anti-cancer potential‏ of chrysin and the involved molecular mechanisms.‏ The in vivo results confirmed that regression of mouse‏ CT26 tumor volume under exposure to chrysin was‏ associated with apoptotic death via up regulation of‏ Bax mRNA level in concentration of 10 mg.kg-1.‏ Here, BAX is linked to cancer.
