To determine the cytotoxic effect of chrysin, colon‏ cancer were treated with different concentrations of the‏ chrysin ranging from 10 to 200 μg.mL-1 for 24 and 48 h.‏ (Figure 1) shows that chrysin treatment inhibited CT26‏ cell proliferation as a dose dependent manner.
