IFNB1 and infection: Further, RT-qPCR analyses of IFN-I-dependent genes in the CP, hippocampus and spleen of AAV-infected mice, confirmed that response to IFN-β in this model was confined to the choroid plexus (Supplementary Fig. 4d–f) and remained present at this site up to 7 months after infection (Supplementary Fig. 4g, h).
