KRAS and colorectal carcinoma: We propose that binase antitumor action could contribute to therapy of CRC and other malignancies expressing mutant KRAS due to RNA targeting followed by formation of small interfering RNAs (Mitkevich et al., 2010) and inhibition of RAS/MAPK/ERK proliferative signaling by direct binding of binase to KRAS oncogene (Ilinskaya et al., 2016).
