Especially, four genes (RAD54L, RAD51, PTTG1, and CBX3) and four genes (RAD51, FAM3C, CACNB4, and CBX3) are significantly related to HCC and PAAD in the survival analyses (see Figure 2), respectively, which corresponds with some of the previous studies. The gene discussed is CACNB4; the disease is pancreatic adenocarcinoma.
