In 2006, it was reported to be associated with lung cancer (DO:1324), in 2011 it was recognized to be associated with liver cancer (DO:3571), and in 2014 it was reported to be associated with gastric cancer (DO:10534) [16, 55, 56], these newly discovered associations correspond to descendants of the diseases already associated with H19. Here, H19 is linked to gastric cancer.
