The negative correlation between CDA and MAPT transcript levels was significant in cancers of several tissues, including breast cancer (Fig. 5c), papillary, and clear cell kidney carcinomas (Fig. 5d, e), prostate adenocarcinoma (Fig. 5f), and pheochromocytoma and paraganglioma (Fig. 5g). This evidence concerns the gene CDA and hereditary pheochromocytoma-paraganglioma.
